Very Nice

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

I have been working at Target

ProsFlexible place, not as bad as other retail industries, pretty loyal to longtime employees.

ConsLong hours, the retail industry in general can be hard, but that's no fault of Targets.

I have been working at Target full-time for more than a year

Pros: If you're cool with everyone it is fun to work here,… Cons: Sometimes your mangers can stress you with work or not… Advice to Senior Management: Communicate with team more, tell them what's wrong and what's not.… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
