401 match is significantly less than other employers offer and with a formula only amounts to 1 or 2%.

Their healthcare coverage is pretty solid. As far as time off goes, they allow "10 days to be accrued in your first year" yet they claim you cannot take any time off until you've been there a year. It's ridiculous since you've earned it and doesn't make sense. Also, they are very strict with their time out of office. You have a doctor appointment and need to leave a few minutes early? Expect to either come in early, stay late the next day, or work throuh lunch to make up that time. Every minute is counted and it will cause you a lot of anxiety. They have a 401k option, but you have to have worked there for about 3 years to even RECEIVE the match percentage they advertise. Only upper management that has been with the company 20+ years can work from home or come in late.

You are allowed 10 vacation days and 6 sick days, but they heavily monitor usage of sick time.
There is no flexibility in hours or even when lunch break is taken.
