We currently have two active employee resource groups. Women@AutoRek and Neuroinclusion@AutoRek Each group is sponsored by a member of the Exec Team. The purpose of these groups is to;

• act as a conduit for two-way feedback by being the voice for underrepresented communities
• to provide feedback on AutoRek's ED&I efforts, policies, and practices
• to provide ideas and proposals for improvement as related to ED&I
• to ensure that AutoRek is aware of the needs and perspectives of diverse employees
