We have a number of staff networks set up to enhance and support equality diversity and inclusion here at Oasis. These include the LGBTQ allies, the Break the Cycle Anti-Racism Network, and the Gender Network. We are also rolling out more work in the coming months to support women in the workplace going through the menopause.
