- no salary increases for the better part of almost 2 years now - they screw you over when it comes to promotion cycles - they say they will take care of you and in the end you're left with a big fat lip - the upper management, the top brass say they want to be transparent in their decision making but they are far from it, when the information comes its a "deal with it" situation. - even if you put in the work and dedicate yourself to the project/ the client your merit recognition is no more than: "good job, keep up the good work!"

[new CEO Approved is killing it ] - 4 year old 2020 /21 models are provided if your laptop stops working and expects IT excellence - no new IT infrastructure - no new opportunities - only soft skills and internal low level self -training are conducted in name of Learning & Development . - no paid certifications or formal trainings - no employee rejuvenation programs - no happy culture . [only HR / Talnet team is having fun ] - no onsite opportunities [only managers and leadership has that pool access ]

The only good thing is WFH flexibility.

The company lacks job security, as employees are safe only if they are in a project. There are no long-term projects, leading to constant uncertainty about the future. The new CEO is ruining the work culture, and the current management team is ineffective, with middle managers having no authority and merely acting as puppets for top management.

Great remote work, Nice work life balance, you don't have someone breathing behind your ear or spamming you online. They really let you work and are comfortable with the engineer dealing with its work. PMs are also really easy to talk to because most (if not all) have a technical background and they are really helpful. Also the pay is good if (at least if you are from latin america)

Since it is a IT consultancy enterprise, some of the processes are slow between 3Pillar Global and the client you are working with, but that's to be expected so not really that much of a con.
