- management and clinical staff are good at reminding you of things that need to be completed to maintain employment (CME's, cert renewals, etc.)
Cons
- not a lot of PTO
- no sick leave (sick leave is grouped in with "PTO")
- policies are strict
- pay increase is based on economic growth, not on performance and is minimal
- minimal opportunities for career advancement (but that's just EMS in general anywhere really)
