What is the hiring process like at Affirm?

I was contacted by their recruiter on Linkedin, and they promptly scheduled an interview for me. Throughout the process, I had the opportunity to connect with three individuals, and I must say, the entire experience was exceptionally smooth.

I'm not sure cus I've never really worked in the company.

Good benefits, work life balance is fair, a lot of the people are great

Terrible management at many levels and in different orgs. Promotion path is opaque, and comp takes a nosedive after the new hire equity runs out. Very political and toxic environment in parts. Some people who have been with the company for a long time really aren’t fit to be in a company of this scale any more.
