How is management perceived at Alfred Nobel School?

No micromanaging Academic Freedom Professional Development Great management (secondary and high school Cambridge)

Too many school events that interrupt academics

FRIENDLY STAFF(both foreign and Vietnamese) , SALARY PAID ON TIME!

Lack of communication! Huge issues with work permit! Line managers do not hold sufficient qualifications with regard to education!

-Pay on time -GREAT students -Great Cambridge Department

-HR (The HR "Manager" - has been very biased towards people she likes and people she doesn't like), they are the sneakiest bunch of people to work with. -Vietnamese and Cambridge depts are so separated. As a Cambridge department, you are only a face but they don't include you in anything. -No social insurance (yet it says in your contract). -No medical (yet it says in your contract) -No proper playslips... -Some employees get 16 days of leave - where others get 12 BIAS -Senior Vietnamese Management don't communicate.
