Manager not very understanding with external personal circumstances, made to feel like a burden after becoming pregnant. Was originally brought onto the team for one position(administrative assistant) and then without my consent put into a completely different position (coordinator) with no knowledge or real training and my previous duties/position given to 2 other girls brought freshly into the team from other departments.

Autonomy and trust ang great pay. Lovely company.

No understanding or appreciation by upper management on the challenges / constraints. Favouritism. People not respected or appreciated.
