What is the hiring process like at Anthology?

The people were great, super nice, and I liked the clients I worked with.

I went through 2 managers in like a year, my new boss was horrible, the company's disorganized and falling apart, and they had huge layoffs. Just a train wreck and would not join any time soon.

Hiring process is good, Interviews are very straightforward and they work with you for most of it.

They will hire and say its a perm position, but it's still just a temp job, they will make the excuse that it's "Restructuring" but as soon as it dies down you're canned. None of the tech works, they will not give you any slack in training if the company issued equipment doesn't work. If you are a Rehire expect to be behind on everything because HR will have nothing ready for you at all. Also, Human resources are basically unreachable, you won't be able to contact them at all, even the bosses there have a hard time with it.

Some decent co workers; well structured onboarding process that unfortunatley are not applied once you actually begin working with the team and clients

Favoritisim, cliquey groups, gaslighting on emails, teams messages Some pretty rude and sarcastic comments from PMs and managers that would not stand up under an HR review process Total lack of structure and process that leads to chaos and last minute work on projects which wreaks havoc on work life balance As mentioned in earlier reviews no clear career path or advancement opportunities ¨; the top managers cleary spend no time developing their people Last minute meeting cancellations are constant which lead to ineffiency and just destroy productivity
