Cons
The company has drastically changed over the last few years, particularly since before COVID. It used to offer great bonuses, higher commissions, team outings, and transparency from leadership. However, many of these perks have been eliminated or significantly reduced. The company has become more focused on increasing workload and scrutiny, without offering recognition or meaningful rewards. Promotions are promised but never followed through, and employees are burdened with tasks outside their core roles. Despite the company's claims of boosting morale, employee satisfaction has plummeted. The corporate culture has shifted towards greed, outsourcing, and a lack of collaboration, with leadership failing to follow through on promises. The work environment has become toxic, with little opportunity for growth unless you fit a specific mold, and managers are too fearful to advocate for their teams. The company’s restructuring has led to more work with no compensation, and there’s a strong sense of dissatisfaction among employees. Despite the flashy events like a billion-dollar Vegas trip, morale continues to decline, especially with layoffs being handled poorly.
