The organization says the mission is to show compassion..respect and excellence but there are several managers and directors who don't support compassion..respect or excellence. While you work there if you have a difference of opinion than managers the first time you do anything they don't care for they will come up with a reason to terminate..they don't believe in coaching or feedback..if they dislike you they just terminate and say hr said what you did was too bad for you to come back.

As a member of the Epic Analyst team, better processes could be put in place for collaboration among the modules (i.e. EMR changes and initiatives that have multi-team impact).

toxic environment lazy workers are rewarded while good workers are made out to be the problem if you choose to have a different opinion than management; the first time you do something wrong they will imply they are going to advise and counsel but only share half of what happened and fire you it is not a psychologically safe work place
