Complete work culture ...Complete Toxic 1.All the employees here are completely afraid of US people they think as if US people are GOD'S ..US people does not treats you well..so it will definitely impact your process.. Complete racism in the organization. 2. Most of the departments are Complete Night shift (So health is gone ) , you don't have time to eat properly just 10 minutes break 3. The biggest cone is that you will never get to learn the process all the process is sub divided and you will not get chance to learn the process completely .and they place you for different process.. 4.Most of the managers doesn't even work here they come to office to chit chat and brows internet and most managers are too young that they cant even know how to solve the problems, Also No proper training 4.No hike and Bonus ...even if you get you will get 4 % - 6% max even though the managers are aware that you are working like donkeys. 5.This organization tricks you with daily shift allowance but they will completely cut from yearly bonus . 6.Cafeteria is poor unhealthy foods are served . 7.Immature HR's Completely no support from HR'S... 8. Cons
I think I am in a good position to talk about BNY because I have spent 2 years. I have worked with several companies in the past, but this has been the worst of the lot. The company operates in a hire and fire policy. People get fired for without any reason also. Bonus, increment all depends on managers. And the management is worst of the lot. Most are 15+ years sitting in the same level and behave as it is their own company. They are so rude, unprofessional and they dont care about WLB. My manager used to ping us at 11pm at night at times and beyond also. There is no system to complain. There is no HR team as well, so during offboarding no one will guide you what needs to be done. The onshores are also not good. They treat resources like numbers and not as human. Managers always project higher numbers to show they are really doing good in business, however the inside story is something else. Its just a matter of time when the bank collapses. Atleast not sure about US,UK but Pune and Chennai will seriously get affected. Don't go for their lucrative packages. I had a horrible time in the office and I had to take early release to leave the company asap. I made a terrible mistake joining this company. I literally wasted my 2 years.
