What is typically worn or allowed to be worn at work at BNY?

Great starter job for a fresh graduate. Decent starting salary. Lots of opportunities and growth here. Company is very flexible with work environment and dress attire / schedules.

End of year goals / Measurement criteria needs to be better.

Name Recognition. Sounds great on paper "BNY". They have successfully interjected themselves into the global conversation.

Every code deployment is a giant CF. Own worst enemy. Salary sucks. Projects are all over the place, and there is no real direction. Off-shore (India) can do no wrong. USA employees are left twisting in the wind. If you are lucky enough to be in a office where you actually have team members with you, it can be somewhat of a positive experience.
