Don't work here (Digital) if you value your career

      Senior manager
      Former employee
      London, England
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Good work life balance, ability to work from home, some good colleagues

      Cons

The Digital leadership team down to Director level is full of some rather awful people, They don't care about their teams, it's all about them, their egos and spinning a story that has more holes than Swiss cheese in it. The evironment is toxic and has a feel of 'the last days of the emperor' about it. Lots of good people have left as a result. In addition to being rudderless and full of smoke the organisation is pressing the only lever left, cost cutting. Offshore is the direction of travel for most roles, pay rises are low onshore and pushed back for 6 months last year under a cost of living crisis. Constant reorgs where you are invited to apply for your same old rubbish role innan environment that wont get better. If you value your career and mental health please look elsewhere, the house of cards will gradually fall as the leadership team's time comes to an end.
