What is the salary like at BairesDev?

I work directly for internal applications of BairesDev, the salary is good and the environment is awesome, I've never had any issues with my managers or colleagues, I've been able to ask for raises with out issues and have had raises due to performance.

There are no stock options

The company is well organized and the process to get you started is well design,

The cons about the company is that the initial salary most of the time is a bit low but you can ask for a raise of salary.

Vacations, they start giving you 5 days every 6 months worked, when you ask for a raise, one of the options is give you more days. Salary is paid in the expected timeframe.

Management don't care at all about the people they work with. Shady culture towards the employees, always hiding information. When you have an issue with your client, they'll leave you alone and expect things solve by themselves It's full of Managers, Managers of the Managers, Leads, HRs, PXP, and Bosses that you'll not have an idea of what they do at the company (they are always traveling). Good luck if you need some help from them. No benefits besides the 5 days every 6 months of PTO, make a good negotiation of your starting salary, changes will be really hard to get (imposible in all the cases I've heard)

Vacations 1 week each 6 motns, PTO, local holidays

Very low salary compared to the US market, no additional benefits like medical insurance, bonus, 401k.

My position is very easy-going, I can work anytime and remotely

There is no opportunity of growth for me and my salary is lower than it should, with no adjustments in 2 years

Good salary and benefits, local meetups all pay by the company

Nothing I can think about

stable, pay is decent, US clients are usually good and you learn a lot.

Career growth is very limited.

Great salary and great work environment

You can get fired without a warning since its a contractor type of job

Flexible hours and remote work, punctuality in payments and engaged coworkers

No benefits, low salaries, no carreer path, no salary increases

Great work environment, fully remote, competitive salaries for Latin-American countries, supportive and worried about employees growth

It's a matter of luck if you got to a problematic customer or project even though the company tries their best to solve any problem
