Pros
Good training job for young people trying to learn in a fast-paced environment, fairly accommodating with scheduling needs, & good coworkers.
Cons
Management is constantly shifting goalposts; what is expected of you will change from day to day, with minimal communication of changes. One day you'll be told "this is how you do this," and the next day you'll be told that way is wrong. They jump down your throat about labor costs and rush you off the clock, despite admitting they are short-staffed. Management receives bonuses for hitting certain metrics, and expect their employees to make that happen for them, despite receiving zero incentive ourselves. Scheduling is decent, but good luck getting your breaks with any kind of regularity, and they like to forget to schedule you a lunch sometimes, too. Oh yeah, and no shift meals; just a discount that you can only use while you're on the clock...
