      Pros

      The job itself was easy.

      Cons

Management is not qualified and hide things from the owners. There are well known bullies in the company and no one, not even HR, addresses it- instead they make excuses. Managers don't trust their employees, even asking IT to install a program that allows them to "monitor" their employees while working from home. There are no growth opportunities; managers are sneaky and make up reasons to keep an employee in their current position/salary even when unjustified. There's a reason why the good, competent employees quit or end up on sick leave. Avoid this company, especially the payroll and customer service departments.
