What is the salary like at Cheil?

Good pay, no office politic, client management has improved.

Still client-led, still high staff turnover.

Nice culture in work and good people, competitive salary. Also there are many women just back from the maternity leave. But it is hard to get full-time job since there is only a few job openning.

There are not many oppportunities to learn practical work. Everyone is managing other design studios. Not much things to learn if you are a graduate, first professional experience.
