They just switched this chilis where each server only gets 4 tables and that's it, before we usually got at least 6. 1 manager there has an extremely inflated sense of self importance and loves giving orders and making people miserable. besides that several of the managers will throw out incorrectly made food all the time to prevent anyone from eating it, sooo much food. The world is covered in rotting garbage and hungry people, so throwing away that much untouched food is wrong.

The surveys they have guests complete on the table top ziosks negatively impact the server. If you state you had a problem, like a steak over cooked, it reflects poorly on your server and brings their “score” down. Serves are forced to play games with the ziosks (ie changing table numbers or removing the ziosk from the table entirely) to save their scores aka job.

Team Environment: Friendly coworkers and supportive management made shifts more enjoyable and created a strong sense of camaraderie.

Mismanaged from the top down. Benefits are trash. Not enough time is spent focused on cleanliness, instead, they want to save on labor costs so they expect you to send everyone home before cleaning gets done.
