      Business outlook

      Pros

Better salary package Good Leave Policy Flexible timing Remote Working

      Cons

      1) This is like a consultancy . Every time you need to clear interview to get deployed to project, which would be 1-2 technical rounds 2.) They don't have more projects and they will ask us to resign at any point of time there is no job security 3.) Bench policy and Higher Attrition.

      Disastrous Experience with Ciklum

      Senior software engineer
      Current employee
      Chennai
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

all the positive reviews that you see, are fake and given by their top management to lure new candidates to join Ciklum, It's like showing a sinking ship a luxury cruise liner. Your skills and aspirations deserve far better than what this company has to offer.

      Cons

Firstly, the company is plagued by severe layoffs. It's a constant state of uncertainty where hard-working individuals are treated like disposable assets. Employees are left in constant fear of losing their jobs, resulting in a toxic work environment that kills any semblance of motivation or creativity. The HR department, if it can even be called that, is an absolute disgrace. They don't provide any genuine support to the employees. Instead, they are more like puppets of the atrocious management, lacking empathy and failing to address any concerns or grievances. Speaking of management, it's the epitome of poor leadership. They are detached, disconnected, and seem utterly clueless about how to steer the company in the right direction. Decision-making is haphazard, causing confusion among the ranks and further destabilizing an already sinking ship. Career growth? Forget about it. There's no such thing here. Employees are stuck in roles with no opportunities for advancement. The company doesn't invest in its workforce, leaving everyone stranded in a dead-end with no prospects for professional development. projects are outdated, mundane, and revolve around archaic technologies. Working here feels like being stuck in a time warp where innovation and progression are unheard of concepts. It's disheartening to see a supposed tech company wallowing in such backwardness.

      Business outlook

      Pros

Nothing as of now, Salary you will get as per market standard, nothing much

      Cons

Many Cons for Ciklum India - Whatever positive review you see on Glassdoor or AmbitionBox, all have been given by Ciklum's employees forcefully by the management. - Project - The client doesn't trust Ciklum - That's why Ciklum gets very short-term projects, which may be 1-4 months - Frequently, Ciklum's contract gets cancelled with the client - No job security; anytime HR can come and ask you to leave. - No learning at all - In case Ciklum gets a project on Java, the internal interview is like you are cracking an interview outside - All the major companies use Outlook and Teams, but Ciklum uses Gmail Giving 1 rating as there is no option to rate negative.
