What is the salary like at Clario?

      Pros

most people you work with will be enjoyable and worthwhile.

      Cons

Upper-management and most executive leadership, particularly in finance are terrible. Horrible communication, zero work-life balance, everything is a fire drill. Finance leadership is so detached from reality and business, and just try to force everything into their view of the world. Its a terrible environment. You'll only get promoted if someone gets fired, or leaves. Pay is terrible, and you live in constant fear of your team getting cut to "hit targets"

      Pros

Amazing hands-on training and great managers who take the time to teach you and they do not throw you into things or make you learn anything as you go on your own. Great teamwork and everybody is so helpful and nice if you ask questions. Everybody is so understanding about your work life balance and letting you work around anything that comes up.

      Cons

Low starting pay compared to other companies

      Business outlook

      Pros

They provide average salary, 2way cab and free food. But now it has change from Remote to Hybrid and now all 5days to office.

      Cons

The company was really good when it was under US and Japan managers. The moment it moved to an Indian manager the company started to become Toxic. Worst work culture ever. The Indian manager who entered and also bought his family and friends to the company without any proper qualifications and that really hit all the talented and experienced Candidates to loose their jobs.

Bad place for hard / smart workers and who dont have contact with management

      Business outlook

      Pros

Salary is good and if you know buttering and if you are silent and ready to leave self respect then its good for you.

      Cons

When I joined, the office was great. Later, management turned into a “family business” — the manager brought in his wife's brother, then wife, then old colleagues, they got there best friend's brother, girlfriend and so on. Now it’s basically a happy-family circle running the show. Favoritism is everywhere. But here its more than all other places... Some people don’t come to the office for months and still get leaves, WFH, and special treatment. Others are targeted with warnings, PIPs, and shift rollovers if they question anything or work too well coz they don't want to promote people who question. Supervisors here have no process knowledge nor know how to manage team but love controlling the Indian team. HR doesn’t care, skip meetings are useless, and global management is clueless about the games being played here. If this is leadership by example, then the lesson is: don’t work hard, just build a group of family and friends and make the company your own. Why start your own business when you can turn someone else’s into your personal empire? The only good thing is the pay. Nothing else.
