The company grew through many acquisitions (like ERT/Bioclinica), leaving a disjointed and aging tech stack to maintain. Documentation for legacy systems is often missing or outdated. Frequent reorganizations and leadership changes can make priorities unclear. Integration between different products is slow and painful.
