What is working from home like at Commerce Bank?

Good work and home life balance. Great people and culture.

Sometimes to much culture and teambuilding events.

Well structured company. Lots of ongoing projects so there is a steady work load. The WFH schedule is also a perk as we are only in office 1-2 days a week.

Lots of levels of management and stakeholders which makes decision making difficult. There is also little emphasis on coaching. It is more about getting things done vs. learning.

Was able to work from home and work 1 day in the office every week.

The team really can’t a team. A bunch of confusion
