Friendly people. The company looks after you with free lunch, discounted gym memberships, socials and decent pay.

There isn’t a clear career progression as you have say at some of the big banks, you have to find your own way and take opportunities when they arise (which isn’t necessary a bad thing)

Like any big corporate, politics exist but strong performance is recognised.

Good pay and benefits and culture. Lots of career development and able to shift roles which meet interests or career paths

Often competing priorities but this also came as challenge to overcome and succeed. Some management styles weren’t to my liking but you will get this at any big company
