Small team. I mainly work with 1 coworker who is training me her old job. She can be very difficult to work with but she is the only one in the department that knows how to do my role. Small team environment so there’s not too much career growth

Close to I-5. You may learn some micro electronics. They got enough parking lot. Certain areas you work your 40 hrs week.

Diversity is broken all across this company in Lynwood, They accept certain group of people (even though I like phô). which makes it hard to make a career path in production areas since whoever is hiring is focusing on this hierarchy. If you are not them then you will always have disadvantages.
