The pay is better than most.

There is an unrealistic need for in office presence.

Chill people, good pay, good benefits,

Difficult to get things done and learning is at a slower pace.

Great work-life balance. Interesting projects. Felt like I was doing real engineering work.

Terrible work life balance At supply chain you’re a shill Engineering and Sales are treated like royalty. Supply chain didn’t even get a budget for a Christmas party while engineering got thousands allocated for there’s. Terrible management, bullies. I previously left a 1 star review after I left the company and they pulled all of my coworkers into a room to try and figure out who left the review. I ended up deleting it because I didn’t want them to get in trouble, but I will no longer be silenced. Total lack of respect You are a number there and nothing more 40-50 suppliers a week. At my current job I work with 2 suppliers. Complete scope creep from everyone from planners to engineering to sales and to the production floor.

Salaries are higher than other companies

Health insurance options are bad, micromanagement from leadership, leadership held to different standards in terms of remote work and culture.

Decent pay and some solid individuals

Slow and stuck in the past. Executive management believes intimidation is a good management skill.

Defense contracting exposure, hands-on factory experience, good pay

Opportunity for growth and much work to be done, but you may need to be proactive in searching for work

Good salary and bonus schedule.

Meetings about meetings. Redundant information. Not enough time to perform normal job functions. Micromanaged.
