Pros
The salary was great at the time I started on this position.
Cons
No salary increase for over two and a half years of work there. The benefits that were available at the start were also removed one by one, the workload was increased.
The company did some pretty questionable practices in order to make people quit on their own, so they can then hire new people with lower salaries.
Good work was rarely acknowledged, there was almost no room for growth.
I would not recommend working there.
