Pros
-You can work at anytime at your convenience
-The compensation is very good
-The variety of projects keeps you interested
-Opportunities to be promoted to a reviewer and even hired internally if your quality is consistently good
Cons
-Communication is very minimal although I'm starting to see a shift in this area
-Personalized Individual feedback is almost unheard off, although that can be understandable given the sheer number of workers and the business structure
