Flexible remote work allows for a great work-life balance, and honestly, work feels genuinely rewarding - one of the best parts of my day.

If I were to mention one con, it would be that the team is so amazing that sometimes I wish there were even more in-person interactions. I’m sure certain learning and collaboration would happen faster in the office.
