      I recently experienced the requirement process at Everise Philippines, and I was thoroughly impressed. The process was well-structured and efficient, starting with clear communication of job roles and expectations. The screening and interview stages were thorough yet respectful of my time, incorporating a mix of technical assessments and personal interviews. The HR team was highly professional and supportive, providing timely updates and feedback. Overall, the experience was positive, reflecting Everise's commitment to excellence and candidate care.

      Organized recruitment process – The application steps were clear and structured, from initial screening to final interview. Professional recruiters and interviewers – HR staff and interviewers were polite, respectful, and explained the role and expectations well. Clear job information – Salary range, work setup, account details, and expectations were discussed during the interviews.

      Work from home was decent.

      Cons

      This company will constantly switch your line of business to the point where you’re basically unemployed for more than half the year. Also they don’t pay you during line of business transfers. So you’re forced to stop working and about a month later you’ll be employed again through another line of business with Everise. They don’t “fire” you, but they don’t pay you. You’re just in their system as an “active employee” even though you are not working or getting paid. You need to fill out a lengthy background check and a drug test every. Single. Time. They switch your line of business. and will pay you minimum wage for all the inconvenience. i don’t recommend this company if you want a real job, professionalism and consistency. You won’t get that at Everise. They will waste your time and your energy for very very very little pay. Very little room for growth.

      I had to share this company review with everyone only because even though I am new employee the hiring process of the interview was nothing but the smoothest and most easiest way and it defently made me feel needed and wanted. The interviewer was sooo quick to reach out. I had to do a short simple "mock setup" for the first initial website interview but anyone could ace it with flying colors! The guy who interview Derrick gave me the chance to squeeze me in for the soonest class! And I made a promise I would get it all done by 5pm that day. I did it. I got asked about myself and answered some interview questions which honestly was typical about my ways of customer service and how to handle a upset customer. But I mean I'm sure it just depends what part of health care feild you apply for. This company has grown to be the best globally! New Ceo had changed in 2016 and has made so many great decisions that actually benefit us as employees! And ofcourse him. The orientation day was utterly confusing a little as I was unable to get into the New orientation class but it was my clerical error lol. The orientation was to learn about the company go over some GREAT BENEFITS LIKE HEALTH DENTAL AND VISION. OH AND I'm super excited because this company provides career opportunities learning opportunities to build you up even if it's within the company or just wanting to advance at your career where ever you go to work at! Now that there I never had any other company do that. So I say it's a win win win! Anyone looking for a remote job don't want the hassle,stress worry of afraid of rejection. Guess what if they see you are here because you really care about customer service you will definitely get hired without a doubt. Heard like 5x they really do put Us first! And have proven reviews over the last couple years. They have more tenure employees that have stayed alonnnng time. So I will be more than happy to assist send me a msg, I'll be more than happy ask any questions.

      Only downside was during orientation it was discussed to just agree all compliance policies aka I9 form information wasnt discussed for the section 2 part as hireright and i fuess back hr had different ways of doing the onboarding documentations etc. drug tests as its a work at home and 3rd party but they have alot of amazing clients. But I really don't have anything else to complain. I'm glad that wasn't requested to this particular campaign. To add additional stress due to being sent an offer letter and background check and the I9 is defently only things most important 😊
