Company does not to keep up with market value of the role and loses talent regularly because of this. Employees are known to take "Cigna Vacations" where they leave for a year or so and then come back to the company so they can get paid market value for the same position.

Work from home and co-workers are great to work with.

Lack of Management, they say they have an open door at any time, but when you call when they seem to be available (green)m thy decline the call. Also, they are not cordial to consultants vs contractors. If you start out as a contractor, and work with your company to convert to FTE Consultant, they shift to treating you badly and try to "find" something that once you were a stellar at.

You are able to work from home.

Every second of your day and your work is monitored/recorded. You are helping customers access mental health benefits so if you think you will be doing any type of social work/counseling that is untrue. I also felt tricked when accepting the job, as I made my interviewer aware that I was working on my masters degree and needed hours and was told that they would be able to assist. Once I accepted the job my manager had no idea what I was talking about.
