What is the salary like at FRSTeam?

Loved working there. Flexible hours and good pay.

During fire season or flood season can be extremely busy.

They have good benefits and the pay is okay

There is good comrade at each facility.

Benefits are not good. Pay is not good. Leadership would rather let someone go then to train them. This is so they are able to fill those positions and pay much lower (already VERY low wages) rates.
