How are the career development opportunities at Fat Face?

Constantly expected to do the work of a manager but not on manager pay. Commercial decisions are constantly changing last minute and staff are expected to complete tasks in unrealistic time limits. There is very little opportunity for career progression and development. Communication from management is non existent.

-Communication can be slow from higher up which sometimes has knock on effects (eg rushed sale/promo prep meaning having to work longer/late hours)
