What are pay rises like at FedEx Freight?

Good pay plus bonus every 6 months and cost of living raise once a year.

Hours, working in the elements, management isnt great.

Starting pay is descent and raises are good. Great 401k and other benefits. Great schedule, Monday through Friday 1st shift. Weekends off, holidays off.

Some disgruntled co-workers, management sucks, and job can get very boring because of the limitations a shop utility tech can do versus an actual technician in the shop. Lazy technicians, low morale and not much gets done on the tractor side of the shop.

Pay good with quick increases

Shift selection goes by seniority. Pay has a cap after 3 yrs. Not much shown to actually advance your career

Good bonus percentage Okay pension

Bonus not paid often -in ten years i only received a bonus 5 times. Usually somewhere around half the max percentage. Depending on your manager raises are equally spread out amongst management meaning there is minimal incentive to over achieve. Unfair gaps in wages per management groups. Not a family friendly schedule.
