Benefits and pay are competitive. Hybrid work schedule and casual (no tees) dress code.

Unless you are already in management or have a manager willing to fight for you, promotions aren't available. There are no clearly defined career paths or advancement opportunities.

Location is OK. Restaurant in campus is nice. Mobility incentives

Negativr environment, obscure, much pressure, zero innovation, bad egocentric management that simply needs to be replaced. After several survey responses, it's clear : this management needs to go. The company stands on fake values and there is absolutely no respect for the employees, shameful behavioirs and decisions. Nobody trusts the company leadership anymore after the recent events. What was already became so much worse. For all criteria here (career opportunities, senior management, diversity and inclusion, work life balance), none deserve more than 1 star in all honesty. Finally, most colleagues I know are looking for a job outside the company.

Leaving FK and commiserating with all the former employees you meet in your new company

Silos ignorant of each other silo. Management ignorant of Operation. Production ignorant of Quality. Quality ignorant of Production. Lot of hours in a high-stress environment. Operators expect poor design from Engineers, so they don't report problems, and so they are never fixed. Too reliant on Contractors because turnover is so high. Company flattened management structure to concentrate the poor decision making, thereby limiting advancement opportunities to select "yes" people, which creates an extremely toxic work environment. Seems to be in a brain drain death spiral.

Supportive work environment. Competitive and timely pay. Strong focus on adhering to SOPs and a well-established Code of Conduct. Opportunities to work in a global healthcare company with a meaningful mission.

Limited opportunities for career growth, especially for non-Canadian employees. Highly educated individuals often working in labor-intensive roles. Advancement can feel restricted despite qualifications and experience.

Pay and benefits are very good

No commission rewards. No clear career progression within company and how salary can make big jumps.
