There's a list of con's. Firstly at the time of hiring candidate is directly hired for a specific client and later everything works as per client requirement. Fulcrum does not have any stake apart from salary. They do not have good projects, if at all someone wants to switch. All the employees are too cold and there's always silent war and politics. No career growth, no financial growth, no job security. They can lay you off anytime.
