What is the salary like at Glenair ?

Management is very attentive and the work culture is healthy for anyone entering the job space.

Lots of office equipment available to you , newer building. No one has a college degree

Parking sucks, get paid minimum wage. People gossip about you in other languages. AP has little training, expect you to learn from others, but if you ever make a mistake or ask the same question twice, expect an email about it. If you have a doctor appointment, have to come into office afterwards even if you have enough PTO to cover the whole day. You can never leave the department.

- great environment, great culture, amazing work life balance and I met a ton of other interns. you put in what you get out.

- internship program isn't very structured, but that also means you can push for projects you want - my mentor was not someone in my field of study, and i wish he/she was - very low intern pay--nearing minimum wage
