Pros
Will get your foot in the door and can potentially give you an extra a couple of licenses that most other places don't offer. But that's about it.
Cons
Upper management treats everybody at the branch level like garbage. Basically if you're not first and something you need to be treated like crap until you are. The no excuse mentality does not keep in mind any of the factors that are well out of the technicians control. This is a sales company that just happens to kill bugs and caters to the sales people that are usually young and experienced and lie like pony boys, meanwhile they treat the local technicians who are actually from the areas that they work like garbage. Every year they tend to clean shop and get rid of every technician but one or two to keep the winter customers serviced. Most of the sales staff is from out of town and our door knockers that earn three to four times what the technicians do. Morale is not a factor to management at all. During a first service right after sale I'm often left with telling a customer that the salesman lied to you and we cannot do that for free. Experience is not honored or valued at all as whoever Brown noses harder is always given management positions if any ever do become available. They upper management is always focused on the wrong metrics. You are forced to sell even though I was promised that I did not have to sell when I was hired on. They go through employees like candy often not doing background checks hiring deadbeats, liars, and anybody that will make them a quick buck without having to invest much in them. Literally one of the most morally corrupt companies that I've ever worked for.
