A dynamic environment with great learning opportunities, especially for those starting their careers.

Low wages, low food allowance, no benefits like health insurance. Very toxic environment, where workplace harassment is constant. There is no possibility of career advancement within the company, and there is a lot of gossip and ill will among employees.
