The people here are amazing to work with, manager looks out for people, coworkers step up to help eachother

Constant rotating C-suite, frequent departures at the top if they don't fall in line and be yes-men CEO views ICs as needing disciplining, threatening to increase RTO office days if metrics aren't met, and invests more into tooling for monitoring workers while at the same time cutting spending on tools that actually accelerate work CEO brags about how good the compensation here is and how good we have it when reality the pay is below market rate for the SF area

Benefits and company culture are wonderful

Compensation is very low, bonuses and raises are also incredibly low by industry standards.

The company, in theory, has good values. In a good economy, they have a good culture.

The company is struggling to reach key milestones that will take it to IPO. It is switching to a model that prioritizes cheap labor and shirks quality work. Recent layoffs of a large portion of RnD will certainly affect morale and the quality of its product for a long time to come. Also, base pay is below average, and total compensation is even worse since they valued the stock portion of compensation at 2021 hype levels that will never be reached.

Competitive pay, great benefits, wonderful coworkers, lots of flexibility in work schedule.

Lack of recognition for your hard work, lack of accountability for people who are not doing their job.

Collaborative environment on the non tech and r and d side. I know that a lot of the technical roles have not had the same experience with a lot of turnover and changes in management. On the non technical side of the house, it has been very stable and rewarding. Work life balance is awesome.

Salary is below market value. It is a very conservative company - which can mean for great things but can also begin to wear you down. You have to fight for everything. Every resource, every vision. It doesn’t make sense - because everything you’re fighting for is for the company’s benefit. Benefits are pretty good but 401k match is horrendous.
