      Pros

      I recently started with Hopebridge and have to say that out of my 8 years in the industry, this has been the smoothest onboarding process I have ever experienced. Not only had the onboarding been great, there has been extensive training that Hopebridge has made easily accessible. Everyone has been welcoming and genuinely happy to have me a part of the team. Additionally, any questions I've had along the way have been answered quickly and any problems that arose during my first weeks were resolved within a matter of 24 hours. There systems as a company exceed any other I have ever worked for and have been extremely efficient.

      Cons

      I don't really have any cons to report on specifically. As an experienced BCBA in the field some of the trainings did not align with my experience level. However, I still think they were valuable and important to include during my training as no one BCBA comes in with the same experiences. I found each training important and valuable to growing ethical and meaningful growth across BCBAs of all experience levels.

      Pros

      Engagement is a driving force here and there is lots of support from supervisors, both clinically and operationally. It is an extremely ethical ABA company with little tolerance for immoral doings.

      Cons

      Responsibilities change somewhat frequently with the shifting around of departments, hiring process, etc. Have felt like I am doing someone else's job many many times.

      Loved the kids but my experience was just very unfortunate

      Pros

      THE KIDS. Coworkers were nice (at least to my face because I was new), was extremely fun in the honeymoon phase, obviously the pay is good if you're still young.

      Cons

      less break time than even a retail job, lack of training, new hires being put with high behaviors as soon as they get their cert, clinic itself was sort of unsanitary, sickness ALWAYS going around but then we'd get punished for calling out sick. some coworkers report being bullied, I am grateful I never was, at least to my face.

      Pros

      The hours are pretty flexible and reasonable. You take turns opening and closing the center but coworkers are all usually willing to help out with that. Center manager is awesome, very supportive, and willing to listen. The center environment is pretty positive. The onboarding process is very thorough and truly prepares you for everything you need to know not only as a BCBA but about the company as well. Salary, PTO, benefits are pretty competitive.

      Cons

      You don't necessarily get a say in caseload, as far as the patients you take on or how many, though it is pretty manageable. You also do not have much say in scheduling, such as if one of your RBTs is out you don't get to determine who will cover.

      Pros

      Working as an RBT is a very rewarding job. My coworkers were all nice and supportive. We worked as a team to help our kids grow and succeed

      Cons

      Our hours were cut significantly during the time I was there when they did a big hiring push for RBTs. It felt like they could have hired a couple more and we all could have kept our FT hours.

      I love Hopebridge and am always willing to share my passion for our mission and cause in hopes of finding brand new heroes to change lives! I have worked for Hopebridge for 4 years now and have been fortunate enough to make my way through 4 unique and rewarding positions throughout my time here. I started as an RBT, after a year, I became an ABA Trainer, and then was offered the opportunity to move to corporate as a Talent Acquisition Partner and most recently, I transitioned into my role as an Onboarding Specialist. I am dedicated to providing the best first day and onboarding experience to our new staff members and my favorite part is the support from my team and manager! I love to watch the passion spark when new hires begin to work with our patients. I am proud to be a Hopebridge Hero!

      Pros

      If you love working with kids it’s such a great job to help/ watch kids grow. Pretty decent pay but starting/cap pay is low You can meet nice/ supportive people while working.

      Cons

      Can be very high stress depending on your caseload, BCBA and management. Management/BCBAs can lack in support and pick favorites. If there are people that are being reported to management it’s made into a big generational issue for everyone rather than the person responsible. When RBTs complain about BCBAs/ when BCBAs have mistakes it is almost always overlooked. Trainer position was replaced with videos/ as an RBT you can be responsible for teaching a new hire while running your session with your client. Not many options of growth within the company unless you want to become a BCBA and a slight possibility for management.

      Living a true Mission of changing the patients and the families lives. Working with amazing BCBAs and RBTs that treat the patients. Corporate support with HR (hiring and personnel) Billing, On-Boarding Patients, Credentialing, scheduling, and corporate projects.

      Need more BCBAs in order to provide services to a long wait list of families.
