How are the career development opportunities at IFFCO?

There is no pros to this company, they make you work like donkeys with very less pay and no recognition. People are working overtime for more than 12 hours per day and they don't treat with any respect. White Arabs are running this company without any respect towards employees.

Never ever work in this horrible company. White Arabs are ruling this company and damaging the company in every aspect. Hope the owners recognize this and take necessary action
