Best team and coworkers I ever had. Hard working, smart and always had your back. The pay was great, the growth opportunities were plentiful and there was a lot of options to make your time at IPG what you wanted. I especially loved Peak Week, a quarterly training week where they offered a variety of learning sessions to help grow your career. There were fun in person events for those that wanted to partake and ways to connect if you were remote. There were a lot of perks and it was a great place to be!

Upper management was some of the worst id seen in my career. They frequently left middle management high and dry so decisions couldn’t be made, workflow was often slow or bottlenecked, and because of that the work produced ended up being sub par at best. Everything was a last minute emergency, from big projects to small. They’d say, “it’s just how it is” but I’ve been around enough to know I never saw it this bad. I hope they get their act together because there was great potential.
