Does there seem to be diversity at Innovative Consulting Group (TN)?

There really wasn't a lot of Pros.

Sexism/Racism running rampant at all levels. Regular occurrences of racist slurs. I cannot express how bigoted this place is and it is not even subtle. Expected to stay past "quitting time" with no advanced warning. Suddenly need to work late at night or on the weekends with little to no warning. Work/Life balance was never respected - Unless you were one of the bosses, that is. Customers were not respected nor cared for. Would get people to sign up for a service without have any idea how to implement or support the customer, and then expect the low level workers to try to figure it out and then reprimand them for poor performance if the customer complained about the service.
