Decent pay and great benefits, flexible working, travel, some interesting products

Doesn’t really live up to values constantly talked about - with lack of transparency, poor and inconsistent leadership, low morale, lots of uncertainty, failure to respond to feedback etc. Constant redundancy rounds (min 1 full around per year, lots of additional) and reshuffles create low job security. Lofty financial ambitions (Vision 2025) but lack business acumen and right people to get anywhere near delivering them = share value consistently low. Some great people and pockets of excellence, but constant failure to recognise this and ensure right people retained and promoted. Excessively US centric with ex-US region constantly facing cuts and lacking resource to deliver growth. HR very hit and miss. No prospects for career progression in the majority of areas.
