Cons
• In my department, we work shifts, including weekends, which isn’t ideal — though I’ve grown used to it
• The pace is fast, with frequent changes and new product releases, so adaptability is essential
That said, these “cons” come with the territory of working at a high-velocity, innovative company, and they are far outweighed by the positives. Overall, I feel very grateful to work at Kraken and genuinely hope I can grow here long-term — maybe even retire here one day
