Far outweighed by the cons

- Lack of Communication and Decision Making skills across the board - Blatant Favoritism - Unethical Hiring / Firing Practices - Immature Recruiting Program - Had one of my candidates move 400 miles on his own dime to fire them 30 days later after he SOLVED their problem. Causing a father of 3 to be without a job due to their own incompetence. Promoted someone without any of the federally mandated qualifications to take his place. They will surely find themselves in the same situation. - Management can't help themselves from gossiping about other managers and employees with their subordinates. - Racist remarks about candidates presented - No tangible company culture aside from a faceless war machine
