Pros
Flexible working time, you can set your own working schedule They provide teaching materials for both students and the examiners. Easy interview process. The lesson material for the kids are pretty interesting.
Cons
About Teaching : - I have this impression that they don't explain clearly nor fully about their course prices, programs, etc to the student. Because quite a few times they were asking me about it. Which, I never get any explanation from the staff. - Their website and application is really wonky. - Although I did say flexible working time, they would quite often give you a student in less than an hour of your ticked schedule. - If the student or the sales in charge cancelled the appointment, there is no notification whatsoever for the teacher. - There is a minimum active teaching time in order for the class is qualified to get paid, which, in my case, doesn't get explained prior to contract signing. About the payment : - There is a threshold for the teacher to get paid and it's really...really high. You wouldn't get anything if you don't reach the said threshold. - The bank transfer fee is stupidly high as well, they said it cost $50 for international bank transfer. That much in 2025, really? - Pretty much not transparent about the bank transfer fees, the currency rate they are using. It's basically a mess, you have to work for them for more or less 10 months (healthy working schedule) in order for you to get paid and at least 5 months (again, with a healthy working schedule) if you want to get paid before resigning. Reconsider your decision, seriously.
