It is taking longer than other jobs to get enrolled in pension plan but still within the expected timeframe. No significant issues I can see at the moment

Cons
It is a very large company which far and away prioritizes profitability over employees or patients. High turnover.
Advice to Management
Show more appreciation and loyalty to good employees. Taking better care of your employees will decrease turnover, leading to a more productive & knowledgeable workforce. This in turn will increase profitability.
